The Primary Frameworks - F.A.Q.'s

"I can't open the ITP's - help!"

The ITP's- maths programs- are in 3 formats. One of the options is a flash format (.SWF file extension- it looks like this - SWF)  this can be saved and run from the network...right click-'save target as'. Or opened and run from the web site.
Here is an example:

"I'm trying to open some of the Whiteboard resources and I can't - Is this an RM issue?"

No, it isn't an RM issue - you will see that some whiteboard resources have a .flp extension or a .notebook file extension - these will only open with 'Smartboard notebook' software and 'Promethean' software - If they are not installed on your network then you will not be able to run them.
This is a issue that the National Strategy are aware of, and we will keep asking to make the materials available for Easiteach

"How can I save a file to my work area to re-use at my convenience?"

All other files are in word, pdf or rtf- these can all be opened on the network, or saved and opened from the network. - (again by 'right-clicking' on the mouse) and selecting 'save target as'
