Welcome
to the Physical Education and school sport
website. All schools in Dudley are achieving
or working towards the Government’s
PSA target that;
85% of 5-16 year olds
will spend a minimum of 2 hours per week
on high quality PE and sport by 2008.
In Dudley our
aim is to transform teaching and learning
in PE and school sport to ensure all children
enjoy high quality programmes. This will
subsequently provide the impetus to use
PE and school sport to impact on whole
school improvement.
:: Kingswinford Badminton ::
KS4
Kingswinford Badminton team WIN at West Midlands
Finals;
The KS4 boys and
the KS4 girls teams both won and will now go on
to compete at the England finals on Thursday
24th April in Derby.
The KS3 boys
team also had tremendous success being narrowly
defeated by the overall winners. Overall a
fantastic result for the school and a credit to
their Badminton Academy.

Milking
Bank snatch victory .
After being re-scheduled three times it
was a relief fo all involved that Dudley
Tag Finals were finally held. It
was an incredible close competition.
Both semi finals went to extra time but
Milking Bank & Hurst Hill 2 defeated
Church of the Ascenion and Hasbury,
respectivley. Hurst Hill 2 was undefeated to the
final. At full time it was a draw
and through the extra time looked as
though it would have to go to 'golden
try' but in the last 30 seconds Milking
Bank took broke through Hurst Hill's
defence to score the winning try.
