Click on the link for the resource you require. After a few seconds a window will display, select Run this program from its current location.

A warning screen will display, because this information is coming from a trusted server click Yes to accept. Be more circumspect with downloading from other internet sites.

The download process will commence. You will be presented with the following window. 

Click on Unzip and the new files will be placed in a new directory on your MyWork area. The following window will display.

To finish click on OK and Close.
